MV Registration and Title Services

West Valley Smog was the first smog test station in Simi Valley to offer DMV registration and title services in 2004. Yes you can get your vehicle registered even if your vehicle is coming from another state.

NOTE: Out of state title's and registration's will require the following documentation, A title or current registration, VIN Verification from a licensed VIN Verifier (DMV reg31) in addition a weight certificate is required for pick-ups, and finally a current passing smog inspection certification prior to processing. West Valley Smog DOES NOT perform VIN Verifications or weight certifications! Contact us for any additional information.

We have plates and stickers on site. We offer additional services like change of ownership, registration suspension removal assistance, replacement duplicate title / registration documents, vehicle history look-up,  and much more. We make it fast, simple, and easy without the long lines and poor customer service normally experienced when dealing with the local DMV.

West Valley Smog is a "TEST ONLY" station. This means we only perform the smog inspections, we don't perform repairs so we have nothing to upsell!

As a test only center we perform all state required smog tests for cars, light trucks, vans, motor homes, LT diesels, hybrids, fleets etc. For any reason that you require a smog inspection, we can take care of it for you!
