"I was so impressed with your establishment, that I had to write and tell you what I thought. I have lived in Simi Valley for over 18 years and I don't remember the last time I had customer service at such a level that I felt like I was important. When Mark told me that I could pay my registration fees and get my tags after he was finished doing the smog test. I stood in disbelief...this is some kind of scam, I thought to myself? I've never heard of anyone doing this before. But to my pleasant surprise my car passed the smog test and he processed my DMV renewal and gave me my new registration and 2008 sticker. I still hesitated and asked.....are you sure I don't have to do anything else, Mark replied "West Valley Smog is the only smog test station in Simi Valley that can process DMV renewals and issue new stickers, and not to worry It's all legal. All I can say is wow, This process has never been this easy, I will never go anywhere else again for a smog check.

"Thank you for your help with my registration. I had been to the dmv already when they told me I had to smog my car, and I had to wait in line for over 40 minutes before I found out that they had to have a current smog test certificate before they could do anything. They wouldn’t even give me a temporary permit to drive the car until I showed the a failed smog test. This was very frustrating to me. A friend had told me about your place and so I took her advice and came to your shop. You told me you would take care of everything. I was very surprised when you told me what the price was, I thought it was high until you told me that it included my registration fees and smog test. Then you surprised me again when you gave me my new registration and sticker and let me put it on my credit card, the dmv doesn’t take credit cards so I was worried I wouldn’t have enough money for both the smog and the registration, now I still had cash on me and the bill was paid. Thank you for taking the pressure off. I will definitely be back, and tell my friends that you are the best!"
